SFU’s Indigenous Council Office is hosting two screenings of B.C.-based award-winning documentaries: Sugarcane and Tea Creek. Tea Creek illuminates the rich history of Indigenous agriculture, and the ongoing impacts of colonization on Indigenous food sovereignty. Tea Creek is an award-winning, Indigenous-led, culturally safe, land-based Indigenous food sovereignty and trades training initiative based in B.C.
