Regarding wheelchair/mobility aid access, the event covers two floors; however, there is an elevator on site. We are cautious of ensuring all walkways are wide enough to allow wheelchair access. We have also ensured assigned/reserved accessibility seating areas close to the dance floor. There are also wheelchair/mobility aid bathrooms nearby.

The event will have all day dancing/drumming/singing so we also have an inter-generational lounge available for people who want to take a break and find a quieter space, where there will also be tea/coffee/snacks provided.

We will have paid medical staff on-site throughout the entire day-long event to attend to any emergency situations.
